My Career Experience and skills have had a substantial growth in my learning in the past few years. I have been able to convert passion into reality through various roles in my Career. I began my career with Astra Consulting focusing mainly on helping setup the infant organisation with operational organization and prospecting potential candidates for available Job Openings. I have been well recognised for my strengths in communication, Persuasion skills and versatility in coping up with changes within short span of time. In my current role i am managing the operation of a pre school. It includes Administration, Resource management, Conversion of queries into admissions, P&L Management. I was well recognised for my ability to have my feet at different places at the same time with agility and well organised process.
