HR Generalist :• Handling joining and exit formalities• Employee grievance handling• Timesheet collection and tracking of leave report.• Sharing payroll input to head office.• Maintaining HR MIS & reports: Employee master track with personal details PF enrollment and exit report Mediclaim enrollment and exit report Initiating request for workstation, ID card and biometric access BGV process handling: initiation and answering for the ex-employee verification mails Report generation for monthly reviews (Headcount, Attrition)• Manpower resource allocation/ Mapping in system.• Manage the entire HR Operations for the assigned vertical and deliver the Induction training to the new joiners.• Responsible for no due clearance for exit resources, conducting exit interviews and calculating FFS by collecting TDS deduction details from finance team and sharing payment input to the finance team. • Drive the basic level employee engagement programs by event handling on floor, sharing mailers for birthday, anniversary, new born, festivals and monthly meets etc.• Involved in process automation.• Drive the Employee Relations initiatives through Key Communicators, Regular Meetings and Regular Feedback.• Provide support to the leadership team on HR related matters to achieve employee’s fullest potential.• Training Need Identification report through PMS process for the assigned vertical and share the same to L&D team.• Played a major role in implementation of hirecraft recruitment tool and trained the entire member in the recruitment and HR team. • Conduct regular HR Auditing on processes and functionalities and drive the changes based upon the Business exigency.• SAP: Hiring and exit data input.• Data updating in company internet portal.

 Managing the complete recruitment cycle end to end Understanding the Technical requirements and sourcing the right candidates according to the client requirement. Screening and short-listing the candidates based on the skills, projects and educational background. Worked on the Job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn etc.., Salary Negotiation with the candidates Follow up the candidates till they join Coordinating with the employees for any quires and guiding them to contact the concern person responsible to answer to the related issues. Coordination with management to organize event within the organization. Was into the team of HR Policy reviewing.Additional Responsibilities:• PO tracker maintenance and invoice calculation.• Credit card bills collection and verification.
