▪ Support the branch network to proactively identify and onboard customers with growth potential via Customer Visits/ Road Show campaigns/Business development strategies▪ Provide guidance to branch network in structuring facilities in line with customer requirements, while maximizing earning potential and minimizing risk for bank to create a healthy SME lending portfolio in the branch network▪ Assisting the Branch teams in management and rehabilitation of high stressed portfolio (non NPL) of SME book whilst ensuring recovery and management of impairment▪ Advisory of stressed SME customers (non NPL) in management of their assets and liabilities/ cash flows▪ Post monitoring and management of restructured SME exposures (non NPL) whilst accommodating their financial requirements▪ With the exposure gained in evaluating credit proposals, identify cross sell opportunities for other areas in the Bank and passing on leads to respective Teams.▪ Responsible to inculcate risk management culture amongst the branch teams

▪Assessment/Approval of Credit Propositions within the stipulated Delegated Authority.▪Monitoring and Review of both Performing and Non-Performing Leasing/Factoring Portfolios. ▪Ensuring the Bank’s Credit Policy support market trends and organizational strategy▪Conducting staff training programs to facilitate compliance with policies & procedures and to maintain the quality of the portfolio.▪ Supported branch expansion drive in North and East subsequent to the civil war
