Supported Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS) for the Nepal Earthquake 2015 integrated recovery program with implementation and monitoring to assist 5,000 households in the Sindhupalchowk District to the April 2015 earthquake. - Implemented livelihood training and a cash grant to 400 households, 36 cash for work projects, livestock shed technical training for 40 women, and 10 animal health camps. - Implemented shelter technical assistance such as mason training to 800 masons and awareness activities to affected households. - Established monitoring and reporting systems by preparing templates and data collection methodologies to support NRCS staff and district chapters.- Implemented 1,000 surveys with mobile data collection application, 20 focus group discussions, and trained 40 NRCS Sindhupalchowk personnel in Magpi, ODK, and qualitative data.- Developed reports, stories, briefs, and case studies for baseline assessment for the recovery program including participatory tools like Vulnerability and capacity assessment (VCA), Participatory Approach for Safe Shelter Awareness (PASSA), and Assessment of Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP).

As assistant to the Cash and Relief Delegate implemented a winterization seasonal cash grant to 4,837 Nepal earthquake-affected households followed by post-distribution monitoring to Nepal Red Cross Society, Sindhupalchowk Chapter.- Assisted NorCross cash delegate and the earthquake seasonal support cash working group in meetings, orientations, training, field activities, documentation, and translations (Nepali-English and vice versa).- Coordinated and supported NRCS for post-distribution monitoring by conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection with400 interviews using ODK and 10 focus group discussions.- Provided ODK and Magpi training to 50 NRCS volunteers.
