This is an invited position where The Infant Toddler Language Development and Intervention Lab team of researchers collaborates with me and other clinical collaborators on specific projects, bouncing ideas off each other.

I helped set up this unit, being involved from Team selection, mentoring, putting systems in place both administrative and clinical. Worked to build a cohesive interdiscplinary team that is committed to adopting evidence based practises. Helped put in strict documentation protocol. Activities to increase awareness within the community, parent support groups, constant upgradation of professional skills, fund raising presentations have all been taken up.

Com DEALL (Mumbai) has the distinction of being Mumbai's first interdisciplinary early intervention center for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. I set this up in 2003 in response to the needs of a child with Autism who had done well in individual intervention with me and yet lacked the necessary skills to survive in mainstream school.The technical support in terms of the program per se came from my Professor and mentor, the renowned Speech Language Pathologist, Dr.Prathibha Karanth.Arjun Singh, the child for whom it was all put together is pursuing Engineering in regular college.

As Affiliations Coordinator for The Com DEALL Trust, I facilitate the setting up of Com DEALL units across India.My responsibilities include mentoring and monitoring the interdisciplinary teams working in various units across India- Delhi, Ludhiana, Ranchi , Varanasi, Lucknow, Gwalior, Bhuj,Ratnagiri, Jabalpur, Guwahati, Mizoram , Mangalore, Kochi, Chennai.Project reports, proposals , social media for The Com DEALL Trust ,conducting awareness activities and participating in manpower development exercises are part of my job description.

I was responsible for teaching portions of the paper on Childhood language Disorders to undergraduate students at the college.
