CurrentSME on the products. My role is that of a technical team lead. I work on resolving complex and escalated issues reported by the customers. Member of the core team for the ISG products. Identify the root cause for failures and provide resolution for the same. Work closely with customer accounts, product managers and engineering teams. Submitted multiple enhancements and feature improvements. Automated the defect tracking. Lead and mentor team members.I work closely with customers to address any technical issues on the TechDirect APIs. My role also includes product management where I’m continuously working towards improving the APIs and adding new features based on customer feedback and experience. Created new process flow to monitor the customer issues and automate reporting. Lead and mentor team members.Built API integration for large customers using Power Automate to automate the process of case and dispatch creation and upload attachments.
