My professional journey began as a Construction Executive Engineer, where I honed my skills in analytical thinking and problem-solving. This foundation laid the groundwork for my next step: transitioning into the role of a Quantity Surveying Engineer. In this position, I took on the responsibilities of budget control and project monitoring, which deepened my understanding of cost management and project efficiency.With a solid grasp of technicalities in construction and a growing interest in broader business operations, I naturally evolved into the realm of real estate business management. It was here that I began to expand my skill set, taking on leadership roles that involved handling approvals and providing essential business development support. These experiences pushed me to think creatively and develop innovative solutions, allowing me to acquire comprehensive knowledge of how the entire real estate ecosystem operates.Today, I proudly serve as a leader in Land Acquisition at Casagrand Builders Pvt Ltd, where I am shaping the real estate expansion in the Coimbatore Zone. My role involves strategic decision-making, negotiation, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful acquisition and development of prime land. I am passionate about driving growth and contributing to the future of real estate in the region.Throughout my career, I’ve embraced continuous learning and adaptability, which has enabled me to excel in various roles within the construction and real estate industries.
