OranjeFonds award-winning non-profit organisation, Buurt Buik, focuses on reducing food waste by partnering with leading Dutch retail chains. Volunteering as part of the operations team, I was handling procurement of food waste from retailers and help serve the local community with meals prepared from the procured items. BuurtBuik’s efforts resulted in the rescue of an impressive 30,000 kilograms of food from going to waste. This accomplishment translates to an approximate reduction of 75,000 kilograms of CO2 emissions.

Co-founded and grew an award-winning boutique interior designer studio that delivered end-to-end services from design to execution to post-delivery servicing. With an average turnover of 150.000 euro and a team of eight, successfully delivered over thirty-five homes, including two holiday homes listed in Airbnb. As a project manager at the operational side, my key activities included:• Drawing up operational strategy, pricing, and vendor mix. Managed over 30+ vendors across different states of India involving complex supply chains.• Involved in project planning, risk analysis, quality assurance, budgeting, and managing concurrent projects in agile methodology.• Managed diverse customer portfolio (diversity with respect to age, culture, budget, and lifestyle choices) across the lifecycle from project planning to post-delivery service.As a sustainability lead, my activities included:• Creating company’s sustainability strategy, roadmaps, and targets. • Analysing our business model and mapping the relevant Sustainability Development Goals. In a multi-country rollout, I was responsible for the project delivery for Hong Kong and worked with delivery and stakeholders teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, and India.a) Responsible for overall project planning, risk analysis, and governance for the implementation track of Hong Kong.b) Coordinating teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, and India throughout the delivery cycle and managing multiple tracks covering business analysis, technical development, data migration, integrations, and change management.c) Responsible for periodic project reporting to stakeholders and executing change plans for Hong Kong.

Business Analyst in the Strategic Compensation team of Credit Suisse. Responsible for working with the Compensation and Benefits team to translate business requirements to HR system design.
