Also providing leadership for the purchasing department and motivating staff to achieve maximum performance and efficiency. Making sure that the purchasing department works within all of the companies Operational Procedures. Successfully negotiated contracts in total cost reduction effort, establishing master purchase agreements and strategic alliances with domestic suppliers.  Reviewed requisitions, supply requests and MRP purchase reports.  Negotiated, issued, and maintained blanket purchase orders for all hard lines. Cost Saving from all the suppliers etc.
