1. Technical Analysis for EDI Transactions: Provide subject matter expertise for EDI transactions in Reddy Ice's EDI operating systems to customer support teams & trading partners. Analyze business requirements for EDI & develop functional specifications for application developers. Specify trading partner requirements and work with EDI IT to set up and maintain/build trading partnership. 2. Setting up new Trading Partners on EDI: establishing connectivity, testing the various integrations and setting up the EDI attributes based on the requirement.3. Problem Resolution for EDI Transactions and Systems: Work closely with EDI IT to correct production problems. Troubleshoot & resolve EDI processing issues for internal and external customers, investigate and prepare files for submission to EDI IT for reprocessing in case of processing errors, contact trading partners' EDI group & communication providers to resolve data transmission issues, identify and resolve root cause of problems in a multi-vendor, multi-provider and multi-component distributed environment, ensure PO integrity including but not limited to inventory compliance with the customer, ensure the PO number is correctly entered and is in compliance with the customer’s expectation, monitor field request from AR and track compliance for POD request (store stamp, signatures, DSD receipts).4. Sales / Account Management: Centralize point of contact to ensure all documentation is complete & routed to the appropriate department.5. Reporting: Establish EDI-related KPIs and SLAs & ensure all areas are adhering & reported consistently, generate ad-hoc reporting for EDI transaction activity, track trends in all key EDI-related process areas, benchmark the EDI process – evaluate areas of opportunity, identify process gaps, & create plans to achieve increased performance, productivity & effectiveness in services provided, provide statistical analysis of EDI activity.

Responsible for all phases of processing payroll from setting up new hires, tax exemptions, statutory and voluntary deductions, direct deposit, garnishments, processing bi-weekly payroll, terminating employees & ensuring the accuracy of hours recorded and paid.• Prepare weekly payroll by verifying that hours, wages, garnishments, miscellaneous pay, adjustments, and various incentive payments recorded are accurate and ready for final check processing.• Responsible for the set-up of New Hires in the payroll system, verifying that payroll related forms are completed correctly.• Process garnishments by communicating with the agencies, calculating the amount to be deducted from the employee’s pay, verify minimum wage laws, enter garnishment data into the system.• Verify payroll data for accuracy & policy compliance on a weekly basis, process & record pay adjustments related to changes in salary or errors. • Ensure employee information such as exemptions, transfers, terminations, pay rate changes, direct deposit and pay card enrollments are accurately reflected in the system on an on-going basis. • Track payroll entries & dollars associated with stop payments, voids, reissues of paychecks, and returned direct deposits.• Provide information regarding employees’ earnings and work history to authorized company personnel and entities, employees of State and Federal agencies for verification of employment.• Respond to HR/payroll related inquires by conducting research and communicating a final resolution to individual raising the concerns. Develop and sustain collaborative and productive relationships with peers, field operations, and company management. • Generate and audit reports periodically to maintain integrity of payroll data such as miscellaneous pay, active without hours, direct deposit not set up, commission pays, bonus, terminations, and re-hires.• Coordinate activities across multiple HR functions, streamline paperwork from the field to payroll.
