Global Credit Loss Data Warehouse (GCLDW) : This was a Global Regulatory Reporting Analytics project with an objective to create a global data warehouse of defaulted customer and related information to support LGD, EAD modelling.As lead analyst on the project I was responsible for working with Global Regulatory Reporting team to understand their requirements around the global warehouse. This included the Data reporting requirements and requirements around Data Quality checks to be implemented in the central warehouse.Also I worked with source data teams in UK and HK to onbaord the two regions on the warehouse and also worked closely with the design and development team to enable the onboarding. The project will be onboard more regions with an objective to have full global coverage,

Model Risk Control ProjectAs part of Change team, I worked on the Model Risk Control Project. The objective of the project was to setup a daily exception based process to manage Model Risk and involved building a central database of Models used in Valuation process and generate exceptions for Risk control.

ESOL Transformation projectThe project was to re-engineer the organization's internal process and system architecture and define new process as well as system architecture. The initial phase of analysis resulted in a the Target Operating Model and a high level usecase catalogue en-listing short, medium and long term IT changes in the system architecture.The second phase of the project was to do detailed requirements for building new IT systems.I was part of the Customer Services team which built a new Centre Management System to manage candidate entries for ESOL exams as well as other Centre operations. I worked with centres across the globe to gather requirements and support the development work andpost application development, I supported the system UAT and global roll-out by training users.
