With in Budget. • Checking of TA, Logistics, Contractors Bills as per the policies of company • Documenting the reports of target & actual expenses of the company • Dealing with Trade Payables & Receivables and reconciling the ledger of different parties & customers• Managing Stock Accounting, Sales Accounting, Valuation of Inventory & Physical Stock Ticking quarterly• Maintaining RG-1, RG-23A & RG-23C Part-1, Fixed Assets & Job Work Register• Managing Billing to Customer Properly in time.• Reporting to GM Works & Head Office for developing the Liability Statement on monthly basis• Forecasting the required raw material for production of finished goods as per plan• Supervising the work done by subordinates• Preparing monthly MIS Reports and finalizing of monthly Trial Balance & Position sheet• Handling Direct/ Indirect Taxation (Excise/ Service Tax/ Vat/ TDS Returns) Compliances • Registering the Monthly Quantity Statement of finished goods & raw material• Assisting auditors in the auditing work & production planning
