• Fully support of the staffing plan at the HR department and hiring tool follow up: input of the hiring’s and reporting.• Manage Contacts with thirds party and follow up of the candidatesRecruitment and Selection (Presently handling around 12 project accounts of IBM directly) • Involvement in end to end recruiting and selection process from getting requirements, sourcing the right candidate, arranging technical interviews, salary negotiations, notice period. Using the job portal and reference. • Managing the Backup resources and preparing the pool of candidates for the various client projects.MIS and HRMS and payroll management• Offer EDC & Joining Report Information to IBM project manager.• Prepare necessary related documents (Like Offer and Appointment Letter, Salary Break-up)• Generation of Employee code after joining and master data maintenance in HRMS.• Uploading the CTC components, Promotion details, validation of data in HRMS and Report generation. • Taking care of Work Order/Purchase Order status of all the permanent and temporary emp.• Responsible for the renewal of PO’s in a timely manner (30 days prior to ending).Statutory Compliance and Grievance Handling:• Handling PF & ESI matter with the help of consultant.• Resolving the queries of the Employees regarding Salary, Increment, ESI, PF etc Performance Appraisal and Full and final settlement• Discussing the yearly increments and star performers list with IBM project managers.• Monitoring the performance of employee by crosschecking it with IBM project manager.Filling LDC and conducting the Exit interview, releasing experience letter of the employees.
