Responsible for defining strategy to address market requirements and packaging the product features into solution offerings. Involves close interaction with sales, key customers and the delivery team.• Designing solution based on Customer requirements (Server Consolidation, Storage consolidation, backup solution, DR, Archival, Data Migration, and Virtualization etc.)• Designing and implementing effective technical solutions.• Defining SOW of the Project.• Design & Re-architect private or Hybrid cloud infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and scalability to meet business needs such as Public Cloud, hosted core banking solution on managed public, private cloud.• Worked proactively with customers and guided them in taking decisions considering their current and future business requirements. This resulted in winning the projects / orders• Presales Support to Domestic Sales Teams to achieve Sales Target.• Ensuring of timely completion of proposal.• Responding to Request For Proposal.• Participating in customer presentations, refining proposal.• Working with and educate sales practitioners on better understanding requirements, qualification, solution formulation, pricing, risks.• Coordinating with the Sales Practitioners, Support Leads, and Delivery teams on building proposals.• Translate business requirements into detailed architectures and designs.• Develop solution cost structure by identifying all cost points including software and hardware.• Work with functional analysts, developers and development managers to ensure that all solutions are deployed within agreed timelines and supported after delivery.
