Responsible for management and maintenance of all types of vehicles, earthmoving equipment’s & various equipment’s like air-compressors, Generators, concrete pumps, batching plants. Perform regular system checks to ensure equipment’s are functioning properly. Procurement and maintain the stock of required spares. To manage annual inspection for cranes. Handle manpower and improve the skills of the employees by regular training on the job. Conduct monthly progress meetings and to assists various department heads to achieve their targets. Follow-up on progress of each assignment through completion; re-assign as necessary. Identifying, recruiting and imparting training needs of department personnel.
