Leading to conduct market analysis of typhoid vaccine with the theory of SIVA for marketing purpose. Leading to plan the marketing of other vaccine products and health related products in the future. Conducting advocacy with related stakeholders for the marketing of the typhoid vaccine and working in team by building capacity of the colleagues.

Led the Situation Analysis of Youth Friendly Services in UNFPA supported Seven Districts of Nepal. The Situation Analysis was conducted in Rautahat, Sindhuli, Mahottari, Dadheldhura, Bajhan, Achham and Pyuthan.

Led the Typhoid Vaccine Introduction Program in Nepal (supported by International Vaccine Institute, Korea): Took lead role in coordinating and facilitating the advocacy meetings with Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Department of Health Services, Child Health Division and other government stakeholders for the approval of program; similarly led the planning and smooth implementation of the program in collaboration with District Public Health Offices (DPHO).Took the lead on formative research for communication for developing communication materials, social mobilization for typhoid vaccine, vaccination campaign. I led the team that was able to successfully introduce typhoid vaccine in Nepal, and vaccinated 145,000 students in two districts: Bhaktapur and Lalitpur of Nepal.

Took leadership to establish not-for-profit making organization "MITRA Samaj"; organizational development (finance and administration system), fund raising (US $ 1 million) for five years, establishing and strengthening networking with donors and national level stakeholders as a prominent national NGO. Led the program by providing technical assistance for planning and implementation of social marketing and communication campaign for HIV/AIDS prevention, FP and MCH products in collaboration with seven private sector partners including Zinc communication and social mobilization campaign in 27 districts of Nepal. I had also led the institutional capacity building of partners by using adult learning cycle techniques on business planning/strategy development, trainings and on-site coaching. Most of the companies had increased their sales and financial transaction by 200 to 300 per cent.

At Population Services International (PSI): Being Deputy Country Representative, my primary role was in administration, human resource development (65 staff including department directors), procurement (US $1 million/year), IT/Management Information System, Partnership and Public Relations. I had taken leadership on partnership and organizational development activities; facilitated capacity building of national NGOs like Blue Diamond Society, National Human Welfare Council, Social Marketing Organization Nepal and Nepal CRS Company to implement social marketing and public health program. I recruited 65 professional staffs for PSI, developed HR manual, procurement guideline, system development; and establishing administrative procedure. I led marketing department of PSI (2004-2006), managed and social marketing of 24 family planning, MCH & HIV/AIDS products all over the Nepal through local partners. I took led for the development of marketing plan for 24 products for PSI and local social marketing partners.

I was involved in developing, negotiating, and managing more than 5 projects under partnership agreements with 6 national NGOs to implement women reproductive health, women empowerment, communication, gender based program, networks or safe motherhood, coalition and income generation programs. Individually, I took lead role in conceptualizing, planning and implementing multiple women and youth focused programs using strategies as: peer education, community based distribution, social mobilization, behavior change communication, young and adult literacy(40,000 women literate during three years), leadership skills and health education for girls and young and adult women. I had taken lead role in preparing programs report and present them to government, multiple donors and partners. Coordinate with government, donors and partners organizations to manage the program; promote CEDPA's core philosophy with government, donors, development agencies partners and the media Supervise 19 program staff and 6 partners’ organizations

I drafted and developed the First Health Service Policy for Nepal Red Cross Society and provided policy and operational support to health programs in all over the Nepal through NRCS district chapter. I served as a Member Secretary for developing six-year long-term plan of Shree Janaki Eye Hospital (a hospital run by the Nepal Red Cross Society with financial support from Swiss Red Cross Society). Served as a Member Secretary in the Health Service Committee of the Nepal Red Cross Society. I led planning, management and monitored family planning program implemented in seven districts out of 75 districts of Nepal. Supervised 19,600 grass root level volunteers, 140 paid community based service providers and 40 professional staff.
