Was on deputation to Eastern Petrochemical Co., ethylene 3rd expansion project, Sharq, Jubail for 1 1/2 years. As precommissioning superviser at the 1300 KTA 3rd expansion ethylene project, was actively involved in all the pre-commissionig activities including air blowing with the cracked gas compressor, pre-com and commissioning of all the cracking furnaces, cold and hot sections.

Nagothane Manufacturing Division, Nagothane, Distt Raigad, Maharashtra, India.

As Senior manager at the BP fluidized bed technology LLDPE / HDPE plant. Incharge of all the sections of the plant including extruder, bagging and PTD. Inventory of chemicals and reagents, manpower planning and scheduling, operations planning for meeting production targets, troubleshooting, debottlenecking, quality, customer complaint handling and safety.
