As a Consultant with Kaizen Institute, I help deliver exceptional performance to our clients by assessing their current situation and implementing Kaizen roadmaps that use our KBS - Kaizen Business System to satisfy all Key Stake holders and Kaizen Change Model (KCM) to build lasting change. We ensure that Business Strategy gets cascaded into KPI's and initiatives at all levels of the organization and achieve the goals of the business by handholding the Clients organization in implementing elements of the KCM model. I have led interventions across the industry. Our methods focus on eliminating the 3 deadly MU's: Muda, Mura & Muri (Waste, Variation and Overburden). Our methods institutionalize Lean thinking and methods for multiple clients. Efforts have led to significant cost savings as well as building robust systems which in turn create a culture of Continuous Improvement. I have also led Lean Factory Design workshops (both Greenfield as well as Brownfield).
