Leading all contracting activity right from the key relationship, performance to risk management. 2. Planning, procurement, tendering and handling PAN India projects. 3. Liasioning with multiple stakeholders like architects, project management companies, contractors and end client to ensure quality and on-time project delivery. 4. Putting in place robust mechanisms to ensure continuous operation and business improvement processes.
