Data Management Analyst
Current• Deleting Relativity workspaces using Artifacts (case work) and raw data from the network, and DMX Processing and Hosting Platforms.• Collects data and puts it together for the client so that it can be utilize in a case or litigation.• Regularly perform clean up checks by deleting data from front end and network to ensure there is sufficient space for the various data to be uploaded/ingested.• Work on case archival and follow up with clients on preservation on details.• Manage the queue and ensure all the priorities are met on daily basis.• Involved in ARM (Archival, Removal and Moving) data for clients with strong attention to detail while following detailed procedures.• High attention to detail as duties include producing client export requests from our systems and permanently removing client data, some of which may not be recoverable.• Additionally, involved in researching data stores for data that can be deleted, communicating with Client Services regarding case disposition, and media deletion requests.
