• Leading the Logistics Service team by combining depth of logistics experience with good insight into client pressures and an ability to develop the right solution for the client.• Coordinating with the clients & Sales team for their intended requirements, Synchronizing with the Production Planning dept for drawing up the production plan for on time delivery of orders, therefore Planning logistics for distributing the scheduled consignments, meeting the stringent delivery schedules ensuring clients satisfaction.• Inquiring, Pricing, Negotiating Quotations for Freight rates from Transporters / Forwarders for various locations and approving the same after analyzing the requirements, existing marketing rate and finalizing yearly contracts for Domestic sales.• Procuring Raw materials & Coordinating with vendors & Suppliers, Meticulously planning for PTL & FTL, channelizing consignments by Air/ train to meet customers deadline.• Finalizing Domestic / Export Invoices/ Packing List and other relevant docs, for domestic Sales, SEZ sales as well as Exports, as per the set GST norms under DBK, MIES benefit, EPCG Lic etc). in SAP-SD MODULE, including E-waybills, IRN on respective Govt Portals, & finalizing documents for Sales return purpose. • Ensuring follow-up with forwarders for shipments till customs clearance of export consignments, Coordinating with QC dept for survey & approval of suitable containers. Make sure appropriate stuffing of finished goods / lashing, sealing of the containers as per norms.• Coordination with the forwarders for Pre- Export documentation.• Ensuring tracking of the shipments en-route until it reaches the customer designated point and Prioritizing movement of stuck consignments in midway with rigorous follow up for Cargo dispatched for domestic & export consignments.• Follow up for POST shipments documents for exports with Forwarders and uploading it in SAP.• Maintaining accurate records of the Finished goods stocked at different Warehouses of the transporters and dispatching it as per the Customers schedule.• Directing Insurance claims for goods damaged in transit.• Finalizing daily sales reports and forwarding the same to the various depts, higher ups for keeping up
