Responsible for supplier quality related issue of Room Air Conditioner Section.❖ Daily line loss discussion with supplier and update reason and take countermeasure on supplier quality issues. ❖ Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action of supplier issue.❖ Review supplier manufacturing process, collaborate with supplier on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities.❖ Monitor and Manage supplier process quality performance and report quality metrics in form of Weekly meeting back to management.❖ Responsible for Warranty analysis and make investigation report for supplier failure part.❖ Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards.❖ Support quality manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance.❖ Report on key performance indicator (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non conformity relating to product, process or system.❖ Produce written report and make presentation.❖ Provide concise complete and accurate documentation of inspection result related to area ofresponsibility. In appropriate functional area, regulation engineering product specification or control plans, PPAP approval or product warrant submission.
