For most effective power generation we are giving dry cleaning solutions to PV modules in Ground mount Mega Solar power plants.We manufacture Our robots ,commissioned and make it operational over the table arrays.Our operation is fully automated based on clod base system .Communication established through RF system.Per day we do our operation during evening after sun set.

Working as a shift incharge in 4x660 MW Vedanta thermal power plant in Jharsuguda Odisha.Execute operation in Ash handling plant and in ESP .For full load plant operation we are responsible persons for ash disposal to outside the plant through the ash Hankins system.For this we have to take care the whole operation started from ESP to Ash silo .We are responsible for ESP evacuation during full load of all 4 units.My role was there to monitor field team ,issue permit take care of all safety precautions during maintenance work.Follow HIRA and SOP.Monitoring of control room with desk engineers for smooth operation.Taking early steps to avoid less downtime.

Project Executive,Planning for completion,Commissioning ,Manpower management,billing etc.Erection and commissioning of LT pannels,commissioning of LT motors ,cable calling LT and control.Cable tray erection.As turnkey EPC project in ash handling system we have executed several project at different locations in coal based thermal power plants .In this we supply our systems to developers ,install and commissioning the system and make it operational.This part include ash slurry disposal system and dry ash disposal system.Dry ash evacuation done through various PD pumps via Air compressors with lot of filed instruments equipped in the systems .As slurry disposal starts from bottom of boiler to ash pond .This system based on motor pumps systems.Various instruments valves also present which need to commission.These valves are fully automated and hooked with PLC systems.The while ash handling plant is hooked with pLC system.For while automation I am the person who execute this work .I have fully knowledge of the system both electrically and mechanically .The system runs with its own control write up and logic .Auto sequential manner is important in the system .

Worked in 5x660 MW Adani thermal power Mundra Gujarat in LnT with SEPCO -3 Chinese thermal power construction company.My role was to assist the Ekectrical incharge construction.This includes supervision of erection of cable trays ,HT ,LT ,control cable laying and their biling.Termination of HT cables ,LT cables and control cables in their respective pannels .Erection of electrical control panels.Erection of instruments like PT,Cord and EOT in coal handling plants .Erection and commissioning of water sprinkling system in coal stock yard.Billing of vendors etc.
