Current Planning & Execution of project as per customer’s Sale order to achieve on time delivery of Butterfly concentric, Butterfly double eccentric, Butterfly triple eccentric valves, Axial flow check valves and Dual plate check valves. Risk analysis during the project execution and Its Contengency plan. Review of all technical & commercial requirement of the project with CFT Team. Organizing “Project Kick off Meeting “for awarded Projects. Preparing Gantt Chart & tentative Manufacturing schedule for the assigned engineering projects Coordinating with Cross Functional Team for smooth execution of project. Organizing “DPAR Meetings“ whenever required in critical Projects. Coordinating with Internal Team as well as with Customer for Document Approvals. Submission of Vendor Monthly Progress Reports to International Customer whenever required. Conduct Project Review Meetings with all concern departments as well as with Customers. Prepare & release daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly production & sales plan on the basis of raw material availability & client’s contractual delivery. Work out on material available in inventory to reduce the overall project cost. Identifying & mitigating project risks, including the development of contingency plans. Act as a single point of contact for client for order execution-related issues. Responsible for delivering all projects on time within specified cost & schedule. Analyze the delay & work for improvement in the process. Ensuring the effective implementation of the QMS requirement, systems, principles & objectives. Conduct “RFC Meetings” whenever there is any technical change happened in running Projects & maintaining the same in RFC Tracker with closures from CFT Team.
