As a Salesforce Consultant at Board International, I deal with the systems & tools necessary for the Sales & Marketing teams, enabling the company to achieve its strategic goals and grow its market share. With a Master in International Management (MIM) from Audencia Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Vikrama Simhapuri University College, I have a strong background in marketing and IT, as well as proficiency in various database and CRM tools, such as SAP, Salesforce, and HubSpot. I have been working at Board International for over three years, starting as a Database/CRM Specialist and then progressing to a Global Marketing Systems Executive, before taking on my current role in October 2023. During this time, I have successfully led and contributed to multiple projects, such as streamlining the lead generation and qualification process, automating the sales and marketing reporting and analytics, and integrating the CRM system with the ERP and BI platforms. Some of the skills that I have developed and applied in my work include Workflows, Flow Builder, Integrating new tools around the Salesforce eco system, learning devops process for production deployment, working with Jira etc. I am passionate about leveraging technology and data to enhance the performance and efficiency of the sales and marketing functions, and to deliver value to the customers and the organization. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools, and to collaborate with diverse and talented teams.
