* Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management & maintaining a constant communication with the client to meet their expectations. * Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.* Studying the drawings, rough estimation, assess the material requirements, approve and submit the material requisition accurately so as to facilitate purchase of appropriate quantities of materials.* Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be involved in the project activities.* To monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job within specified time frames, in an organized and cost effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet customer’s satisfaction and maintain continuity of business.* Coordinate with the client and consultant on all issues pertaining to the drawings, plans, schedules and problems for quick resolution of all issues. Monitor progress against the project plan and keep the client updated on the progress taking quick corrective action where required.* Supervise the production facility, attend to all technical and engineering problems, additional manpower requirements, drawing changes, etc. in an effective and timely manner thereby achieving client requirements and quality standards.* Following up with logistic companies and keeps co-ordination with production team, suppliers, store managers, mall management & consignee for smooth clearance & installation process.* Manage quality assurance throughout the duration of the project, including the coordination of final QA testing/review.* Contact the respective clients to inspect and comment on the completed fit-out works for the issuance of completion certificate.

 Total planning and execution of the site activities such as preparation of planning list, drawing, checking availability of raw materials, preparation machining schedule, and implementing production, assignment of manufacturing priority, quality inspection, delivery of job Follow-up of the project data and preparing of various technical, accounting and MIS reports. Optimum utilization of man power and resources during specific job execution. Follow-up of administrative works to meet ISO9001:2000 standards; managing and allocation of labor Liaison with clients; follow-up on purchases, deliveries and payments and all management works Coordinating with distribution network (logistics) Coordinating with commercial department for import and local purchase Represent company to oversee assigned Site project activities and ensure project execution is carried out in a safe manner. Report to Project Management Team on contractor’s performances and project issues. Generate reports as required.  Work actively with the contractor’s project management teams to understand project objectives and priorities and to meet project objectives with regard to safety, cost control and schedule.  Understand the detailed engineering drawings and documents to ensure site work are carried out accordingly.  Be the first point of contact for construction issues at site Review and resolve day to day site construction issues/coordination thru work permit system, ensure site safety concerns are being addressed prior to work commencement  Review and monitor planned schedule against actual work progress. Develop action plan with contractor’s management team to address slippage in schedule and report/update status to Project Management Team  Carry out site check to ensure work execution per approved design/drawings.  Ensure the availability of raw materials, processing materials, and finished goods needed in production. Coordinate and secure job order from the sales coordinator and prepare the production schedule to meet the delivery. Conduct necessary inventory of raw material needed in production. Preparation and keeping of ISO reports for internal & external auditing. Initiate time and motion study for the improvement of production processes. Ensure that workers abide with the company rules and regulations, standard operating procedure, and work instruction. Preparation of monthly KIWI PLAN and KPI reports. Preparation of complete master card for each product. Preparation of raw material requisition as per sales forecast. Optimum utilization of Kiwi plan system. Coordinate with the sales department, CSD, Pre-Press, warehouse and production department. Preparation of proper schedule for preventive maintenance.
