 Weekly preventive maintenance of DG, lift, exhaust, hydrant pump, jockey pump, Sprinkler pump, and other fire systems. Manual Electrical change over from EB side to DG during power failure. Transformer off load tap changing whenever required  Experience in both HT and LT side. Maintaining minimum diesel stock in the diesel yard. Experienced in Operation and Maintenance upto 1250 KVA Diesel Generator.  Experience in operation and maintenance of 1600KVA Dry type transformer. Experienced in Operation and Maintenance of Air Circuit Breaker and Vacuum Circuit Breaker. Operation and Maintenance of A/C Plant 100*6 TR Chiller system. Monthly Breakdown Maintenance  Maintaining the Log sheet for DG & Transformer. Maintaining the checklist for all electrical equipment’s. Maintaining Fire protecting system. Installation of MV panel. Installation of HT breakers. Installation of LT equipments & Submitting daily reports. Installation of light as per the drawing and instruction given. Updating the daily reports to the manager. Preparing of major and minor snag list of the building and Equipment. Coordinating with vendors for AMC , Services and major fault in the instruments. Preparing and maintaining the PPM schedule, PPM checklist, daily and monthly checklist. Preparing and verification of running bills/ final bills & payment follow ups. Maintaining logs for tools and spare parts for the instruments. Generate inventory and purchasing of spares consumable. Organizing of manpower and materials effectively.
