My primary job role at Vyoma is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of IT products and services. Indian Railways (4th largest railway network in the world) is our primary client and we support them at 400+ locations which include Metro Railways at Kolkata. I lead a team of engineers to carry out day to day support, audits, maintenance and projects on IOT/Linux devices. In context to my experience in Kuwait, I've been working as Lead IT Projects and Support at White Systems and was managing Support and Hardware for different companies at Kuwait.
