About Deepak Das

I have been in the Hotel Industry for more than 30 years in various departments & positions. Presently I am the DGM Operations and Projects for Ambuja Neotia Hospitality which is one of the most prominent and respected corporate houses headquartered in Kolkata. The company has a strong forte in real estate, hospitality, healthcare and education. My role here involves development of standards in all aspects – equipment (kitchen and operational), training, presentation, CRM, revenue, budgeting and implementation. I am very adaptable, thrive to learn & share my experience with my team members horizontally as well as vertically. I have the experience of being operational in both front and back of the house. I do not believe in cost cutting, but believe in putting my resources to the maximum use with the best results.
