Current Managing the profitability and utilization on multiple projects and accounts by demonstrating outstanding expertise in spearheading entire project management activities with final accountability for project deliverables, stakeholder management, client satisfaction, schedule management, requirements management and overall project team performance Heading Procurement and Supply chain for 4 region inline with RFI, finding the right vendor, RFQ, Vendor Registration, Vendor Evaluation, Commercial Comparison, TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) and after final negotiation placing the order to selected vendor towards required products and services along with AMC and CAMC for the existing machinery and importing of spare parts of machinery. Maximizing efficiencies within various areas to add value to the organization by reducing costs; spearheading various reporting functions. Implementing processes with industry best practice and QHSE policies and guidelines (incl. write up of SOPs / work instructions / flow charts & staff training). Lead reporting of daily operational status, improve reporting by reducing errors from manual data input, simplifying reporting templates, streamlining data management which will ensure better control of the fuel business by senior management. Liaise with clients to obtain requirements for procurement planning. Responding to client queries within stipulated TAT facilitating CSAT.
