• Setting up Pharmaceutical Warehouses and launching distribution network in 30-+ Cities.• Leading the complete Expansion and operations vertical for the new cities starting from Scouting, Finalizing, infra work, Vendor On-boarding, HR formalities, Legal work, and Liaising.• Handling Purchase order management, Vendor Management, Expense sheets, Asset movements etc. for Monthly review.• Making sure Warehouses Pan India are compliance efficient.• Setting up Warehouse SOP's and training the Ground team.• Keeping a check on Operational Expenses for monthly MIS Review.• Working very closely with the Purchase, Finance, HR, and Legal departments• Working with the leadership team on growth forecast and warehouse efficiency.• Making sure the Warehouse space is optimized and planned as per the growth forecast.• Handling Local government officials
