Responsibilities• Attending the customer complaints and coordinating with concerned cell for their resolution. • Responsible to take corrective action for Customer complaints through root cause analysis and take countermeasure and implementation of actions. • Responsible for fill 8D & CAPA sheet. • Poka Yoke implementation in fixtures and process for killing high severity problem. • Responsible for press tools and welding fixtures trials for new components and co ordination with Development team for quality problems. • Responsible for customer audit & N.C closer and regular follow ups for modification in existing tools and fixture. • Involvement in audit related activities and rectification of NC’s and fixes the process control parameters. • Team member of team responsible for continual improvements and kaizen activities.• To Conduct Red Bin Analysis. • Judging the audit reports/ Analysis reports and act accordingly to satisfy process/product characteristics’.

Responsibilities• Leads a team of 8 quality inspectors to achieve desired goals.• Various Kaizen and Poke-Yoke executed in tools to increase productivity and lower down rejection percentage.• Assisted in following 5S on the shop floor, capable to do process and product audit.• Raising a Quality alert( OJT) if any complained occurs internally as well as from customer end.• Knowledge of job set up process, process layout of parts and various instruments used in sheet metal industries. • Executing the Daily Red bin meeting and QFR against the defective parts.• Knowledge of CAPA(8D), SPC, PFMEA, 7QC Tools, WHY-WHY analysis system.• Providing audit and inspection preparation assistance to internal clients.• Involve in quality-focused improvement efforts and projects.• Documents prepration as per VSA, Maruti check sheet points, MACE audit and SAP usage in plant.

• Start working as a GET in CNC division as a line inspector• Timely part process checking, process sheet entry, and line inspection.• Basic knowledge of CNC machines and their programs and offsets.
