Current• Design and development of new products viz. centrifugal pumps, hydro turbines, Pat, valves etc• Support to CFD integrated hydraulic design for impellers, volutes, diffusers, hydro Turbine, Pat etc.• Consults and assists CFT within group with problems concerning product designs and product requirements.• Conducting reverse engineering of pumps.• Responsible for coordination with production teams for prototype trials.• Design of experiment, analysing data, ISO documentation and preparing reports.• Designing automation solutions that align with strategic objectives, supporting business goals, and delivering efficiency gains by reducing costs and time.• Implementation of Windchill PLM to foster innovation and resilience• Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes• Delegate responsibilities and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
