Closely worked with Seller for NPS and catalog improvement.  Coordinated with multiple teams to resolve merchant-related escalations ranging from finance, vendor management, marketing, and operations team.  Responsible for monitoring RTO and RTI (Pre-Post-delivery issues) on daily/weekly basis and share the same with respective managers.  Responsible to improve Packaging to enhance customer experience.  Worked closely on 3 PL issue i.e., Theft, Breakage, TAT breach, Returns mismatch, etc.  Responsible to help seller to improve their daily Order management process.  Worked closely with seller to launch new category on market place (Snapdeal).  Responsible for quality checking of newly launched products.
