I am a director at DIF Capital partners and predominantly responsible for Australia/NZ tax operations. I work closely with the investments, asset management, and finance team on all tax/finance/treasury related matters. During my term I assisted with the restructure, set up and capital raising of their flagship open-ended real estate fund, Brookfield Premier Real Estate Partners Australia Trust (“BPREP-A”). BPREP-A has been established to invest primarily in core and core plus assets in Australia and reached financial close in December 2018.
