Responsible for the billing processes:- VoIP- Mobile- Internet- Fixed MobileAs a Voice over IP provider we send invoices to our resellers and clients.I was responsible for the whole billing process and report to the COO and CFO. During this periode I had contact with several internal and external stakeholders. Like the company in Edinburgh (Scotland), that was helping us with the billing software that we were using, but also our external DevOps team in Bangelore (India) for optimization of the processes.
