  Manage replenishment to support Service Level and Inventory Targets.Avoid supply chain problems like empty shelves and out-of-stock items in the stores, supplier’s frustration coordinating deliveries to distribution centers. Collaborate to reduce the cost of getting the right products to the right shelves at the right time.Replenishment of goods at store level as per the sales analysis.Analyzing sales and forecasting the regular movements of the SKUs and accordingly placing replenishment orders through SAP.Management of Inventory and all replenishment flows from Vendor to DC & DC to Stores.Undertake inventory analysis and maintain optimum levels of stock at hand.To monitor and track product movement, category contribution and slow movers and distress inventory with regional sales teams and initiate actions.Review weekly trade and ensure optimum stock levels to meet the sales plan.Track performance against sales stock and Provide inventory analytics to the category management & event planning team to provide them with information to reduce the inventory level.Provide visibility and accurate information on store distribution. Manage inventory targets including safety stock levels and projected out of stock levels. Develop and validate the forecast for the new products launched and products on promotion. Continuously improve forecast accuracy with various techniques, methods and to ensure optimum fill rate during various promotional events. Co-coordinate with Category Team to increase sales of Slow Moving SKUs and clear Excess Inventory build –up. Playing key role in Inventory Planning (for over 1000 corporate & franchise supermarkets that operates under 22 regional banners across Canada).Coordinate with the Warehouse team to perform slot check of seasonal products planned in module and push them to stores prior to end of season.
