Responsibilities:• Understanding the requirements in detail• Actively done recruitment and placement of IT & Non-IT candidates• Actively Recruit Candidates for Contract, W2 (New H1B candidates, H1B transfers, EAD, Green Card, US Citizen) for client requirements• Used to make approx. 50 +US Cold calls/Outbound Calls on daily basis• Usually interacts with key persons in US clients• Involved in sourcing the candidates from a variety of sources like job boards includes Dice, Monster or existing contact of networks• Reaching out to the extensive contacts of consultants who may be able to refer or recommend other candidates• Head Hunting at Companies who have candidates working in the similar technologies• Contacting the consultants whom I have placed in the past for any leads• Source Resumes/talent from Job Boards, Social Networking sites, LinkedIn etc• Screening the candidates through telephonic and in person interviews, meetings.• Assess the Candidate to see if he is a great fit technically and culturally• Understand the consultant’s profile by talking to them and understanding their previous experience, Core Competencies, Skills, future goals and preferences and the type of positions they are seeking.• Scheduling and coordinating the Interviews for our consultants• Coaching the candidates before the interview.
