Briefing the candidates about the job profile, career growth, organization Culture etc. Responsible for conducting walk-in drives for experienced professionals Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally. Following up with candidates on joining dates & convincing them if they have any issues such as Compensation review, relocation etc. and ensuring their journey on time.
