Maintain strong relationships with vendors and evaluate their performance regularly.2.lnventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and implement effective inventory management systems. Optimize inventory turnover rates, and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demands.3 Dispatch/Distribution: Manage and coordinate the company's dispatch operations, including planning, scheduling, and tracking deliveries of goods. Monitor and track the progress of dispatch activities, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and resolving any operational issues that may arise. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to dispatch activities, providing prompt and effective resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction4.Transportation and Logistics: Coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling shipments, selecting carriers,and manage logistics costs effectively.5.Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouse operations, storing, and dispatching goods.
