Joined as Accounts Executive for reconsiliation of broking accounts with Subhash V shah (member BSE). The same year we became member of NSDL and was assigned the operations of NSDL.I played a pivotal role in establishing the Depository operations of the organization. I was constantly promoted and now I am senior Manager Depository operations.I am responsible for day to operations, formulating and implementing policies, managing staff and coordinating with Branches and Authorized person on pan India basis. I am also compliance officer for depository operations.

Joined as Back Office In-charge, NSE operations, was entrusted with NSE trading, and subsequently promoted to front office in-charge. My job responsibilities included managing front office operations for NSE, BSE and DSE. I was also joint inchage Bank Office operations. Major achievement was establishing NSE operations of the organisation.

Joined as accounts executive, was primarily responsible for BSE operations. My major contribution to the organisation was reconciliation of accounts with K M Nemani and S Ramdas. Was able to recover more than 60 laks from both the brokers and was appraised three times out of term.
