As the Regional Head, managed 3 OEMs and around 35 Dealers. Had a role in the increased geographical presence of the product. North India Zonal Office registered highest sales of 7000 engines in PG application during FY’08, recording an overall increase of 15%.

Responsible for growth of DG Set business in the region, covering 5 countries. Involved in close coordination between Caterpillar EAME HQ at Geneva and Branch Sales teams for ensuring availability of product, product technicals, training needs, 6 sigma programs for addressing specific issues and key customer account engagements.

Start-up assignment for DG Sets with product manufacturing outsourced and marketing under USHA brand. Involved in the entire gamut of shortlisting a suitable manufacturing partner and creating a sales distribution and product support network.
