At present, lead the delivery of complex, business sponsored, and enterprise transformational programs from conceptualization through development, implementation, transition and closure.Initiatives have ranged from $1M to $10M, 6 months to 3 years in length. Initiatives have been comprised of matrix teams of up to 75 staff including management of 3rd party vendors, delivered through a combination of waterfall and agile methodologies. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement, Change and Stakeholder Management in line with the Rogers SDLC, Rogers Stage Gate Framework and PMI best practices to deliver above and beyond expectations. Personal contributions recognized throughout the organization through receipt of multiple Business Excellence awards. In coordination with the Project Sponsor, Finance and Engagement Management, develop the Project Charter, Business Case and detailed Cost Estimates. Maintain a high degree of resource forecast accuracy compared to actual results by reviewing project charges on weekly basis down to resource/vendor level, taking action as required to maintain budget. Work closely with the Demand Management, Architecture Design, Cyber Security and Procurement groups to ensure that project deliverables are aligned with internal standards, policies and technical roadmaps. Engage Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Application Development, Quality Engineering, Network and Infrastructure teams to define project deliverables, project plan including project tasks, timing, required resources, dependencies and constraints. Host Program monthly Executive Steering (VP+) and bi-weekly reviews (Director+) including the preparation of steering, financial and status presentations with material tailored accordingly to the audience.
