Negotiated, structured and successfully won contract for the supply of a Commercial Aircraft Spares inventory in India, 2007-2013 Director sales & Marketing To reduce operating cost and increase geographical reach with extend time zone , set up back office in India to support complete operation of Global Airtech USA . ( I believe this is first outsource set in aviation after market . At present back office has strength of 7 employees which were trained on pentagon software for complete sale process including sourcing of materials from OEM / Distributor and after market.With this team concluded contract PBH support for AI (erstwhile IA) for lease A320 fleet office.Had been doing exchanges and supporting on time deliveries to customer’s .managing Repairs. Arranging drop shipments to complete AOG requirementsThis has resulted in more than 38 % in operating cost and help increase customer base in new territory. With extend hours of operation of coverage also help in increase in sale from existing customer in Africa , Middle east , India and South east asia .There is more than 15-18 % increase in sale YOY in this region.
