I have done my B.com from Jammu University. I have more than 23 years’ experience in Beverages industries. Currently I am working with DeVANS Modern breweries Limited as Sales and planning manager at Jammu Head Office. Job Responsibility includes Demand Planning & Forecasting, Sales Operation Planning, Budgeting, Periodic Revision of the Sales Progression on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly basis along with Key Retailers Management.Business Intelligence which include Market Share, Competition Strategy, Market Trend tracking along with Inventory Management.Initiatives: Developed Rolling Forecast Decision tool for better planning of Next three months sales plan for the ASM’s.Responsible for DeVANS India’s Beer business in J & K State with the Brands like Godfather, Electra, Perinto and Kotsberg.
