• Enhancement & Troubleshooting of Various Applications in Organization• Administrating Microsoft Yammer • Backup restoring of site collections and export importing the subsites using powershell.• Extracting Reports using the Tool - Metalogix - Axceler • Involved in the Knowledge Transfer of various applications from the Development Team for Support.• Escalating the issue to the Development team (if any) and following up with them on the status of the hot fix/test fix/new release.• Providing and checking the Access in applications• Configuring Search Related issues and User Profile Synchronization in the central administration for both MOSS and Sharepoint 2010• Reaching Customers’ expectation with respect to their needs in solving the Incidents and Service Requests• Manage the Other .net Applications as well• Implementing the changes in the Customer details• Fixing the errors in the application• Taking the Support calls of customer details and implementing the changes• Representing the changes with the CAB teams

• VPN, Networking and Applications (SharePoint, Outlook, SAP, Office applications, adobe, Backup tools etc) Support.• Site administration of SharePoint websites created for the business as well creating New sites and maintaining the same.• Configuring Search Related issues and User Profile Synchronization in the central administration for both MOSS and Sharepoint 2010• Backup restoring of site collections and export importing the subsites using powershell• Escalating the issue to the Development team (if any) and following up with them on the status of the hot fix/test fix/new release• Incident Management • Change Management
