Chief Executive Officer Developed a team of dedicated and enthusiastic Medical Representatives and ,Area Sales Manager to market the pharmaceutical formulations to Medical Fraternity.Gradually, activities of the company was expanded to various cities of Uttar Pradesh and all the products of the company were very well accepted by the Medical Profession and the Market.Initially, the turnover of the company was Rs.20 lakhs with 3 Medical Representative in two districts who worked under Area Sales Manager. Its revenue further increased to Rs.45 lakhs with 7 Medical Representatives in 6 districts. The sales further consolidated to Rs.75 lakhs with 12 Medical Representatives in 10 districts. The product combination of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol, an analgesic, was leading in sales in every market it was launched and was selling better than other similar brands of reputed multinational companies. The doctors developed a special fancy for our brand and it was on top in prescription sales in every area we covered.

Promoted as Area Sales Executive to lead a team of 10 Medical Representative responsible of promoting GLAXO’s products, such as Betamethasone Tablets and Injectable, Cephalaxine Hydrochloride Capsules, Ranitidine Hydrochloride Tablets, Betamethasone-17-Valerate Ointment and Grisofulvin Tablets.A team reporting to me consists of 10 Medical Representatives topped all India in the sales of Cephalaxine Capsules & Ranitidine Hydrochloride Tablets. The total sales for both the product was whopping Rs. 3 crore in the very first month of the launch. All 10 Medical Representatives received Star Gold award from Glaxo India.

Responsible for promoting GLAXO’S Products to the market through direct interaction with the Physicians in the area of operation. Consistently achieved excellence in sales and was rewarded for topping the sales number every year from 1978 to 1986.
