Hire W2, 1099, C2C candidates for multiple different positions.Work for Direct Client as well as for Preferred Vendors and do the job posting on various US Job Portal Sites.Based on the client’s requirement, sourcing & short-listing the candidates using internal database and job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed and Linkedin.Pre-screen candidates with detailed phone-screens evaluating candidate’s compatibility with specific job requirements, ensuring a right fit, prior to submission to the client. Convincing the candidate on the respective offers, benefits and terms & conditions of the firm.Regular follow up with the offered candidates to ensure that candidate joins as per the scheduled date.
