Key Projects: a) Strategies to convert induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) into hematopoietic/ immunologically relevant cell types such as hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, T-cells, and NK cells. b) Epigenetic control of cell fate during blood development, and c) Leveraging epigenetic pathways for novel anti-cancer therapies (lymphoma and colorectal cancer).
