 Leading the GTL team with more than 50 employees of GTL FLM Team like Power, Transmission, civil, PM. Monitoring ZTE NCELL FLM Activities and maintaining 100% Cell availability Making PAT visit of Huawei Rollout site and ZTE rollout site as per necessity  Checking for Power issues by checking NEA , DG or Solar condition regularly.  Checking the DG filling, servicing and automation Checking for Headload, extra work and reporting to higher level Monitoring the Subcon’s activities

 Making the TSS Visit, checking the TSSR and getting approval from customer Mobilising the subcon to start civil work  Monitoring regular performance and progress of subcon on daily basis Making the site visit to cross check the progress and quality Making weekly meeting with subcon/Customer regarding project progress, issues, solution,etc Making the installation of solar and make the site ready for PAT Supporting to subcon regarding any problem and penalizing them for any critical or major fault Making PAT Visit and getting PAC and FAC of each site  Regular reporting to line manager regarding daily progress
